Our Services

The intake process will consist of an assessment that identifies the students’ strengths, interest and vocational rehabilitation needs.

 

During the assessment, we will assess the following:  Work preparedness, problem solving, interviewing techniques and problem-solving skills and Workers rights, also experience (work, volunteer, school, life) Interests/Hobbies.  

 

Once the assessment is complete will write a work plan that lists what is expected and the outcomes we plan to reach at the end.

Our Mission to improve the quality of life for communities by enhancing workforce skills.  Its organizational purpose is to provide supportive social services to underserved and under-resourced communities.
